My husband made us this tasty vegan warm oatmeal breakfast with turmeric & ground black cardamom! It was super delicious too! 🙂 Lucky me!
Recipe: For 2 filling breakfasts!
Ingredients:
200 ml water
200 ml unsweetened soy milk
a little splash of evoo = extra virgin olive oil
5 big dashes of turmeric
4 pinches of ground black cardamom, we grind out black cardamom pods in our pestle & mortar!
1 tablespoon broken flaxseed
enough oat flakes for 2 people, Use Gf oats for being Gluten-free! 🙂
5 grins of black pepper
Method:
1. Take medium cooking pot & add water & soy milk. Add splash of evoo & 5 grins of black pepper, turmeric & 4 pinches of ground black cardamom. Stir well & bring to the boil. When boiling, add oats & broken flaxseed. Stir well. Boil or simmer until your oats are cooked through.
