Can I serve you this refreshing smoothy?

Hello friends,

First, I have some exciting news for you all & especially for myself! I have gained + 1500 email followers since yesterday! Yay!! 🙂 This number makes me so happy! 

This morning, I made this delicious low-fat refreshing smoothy. It is super yummy! 🙂 I only has 3 ingredients in it & it is seasonal too! Can you guess the yummy ingredients? The video:

Recipe: For 1 big large smoothy, about 450 ml

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) low-fat organic kefir

10 fat juicy strawberries, hulled

1/2 teaspoon home-made vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Take your beloved Vitamix or blender & place fitted lid & tamper on. Blend on full-speed & onto high until it is fully mixed & use tamper to push ingredients into the running blades. Turn machine off.

Vegan Gluten-free rucola cashew spread! MMM!

Recipe: For about 400 ml of Rucola cashew cheese spread

Ingredients:

1 cup of raw & unroasted cashews, soaked in water for 1 night, well-rinsed & well-drained / Now, they are softer, healthier &  easier to digest

1 teaspoon of dried garlic

1 teaspoon of Maldon sea salt flakes

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

18 grins of finely grinned black pepper

2 fat spring onions, cleaned & green & white parts used, cut into rings

1 cup + 1/4 cup of roughly chopped fresh rucola, ( arugula) ( rocket leaves ) pushed into the 1 cup + 1/4 cup

Method:

1. Place everything in this order into your Vitamix. If you don’t have a powerful blender, use a good mixer. Place the tamper into your Vitamix lid & press the power on, go from low-speed from 1 to 10 & push on higher power. Use the tamper & push all the ingredients into the blades & blend until it is to your  liking. I blended it for about 1 minute. I checked the consistency & turned the power back on from low-speed, from 1 to 10 & then on high & blended for about 20 seconds more. Turn the high power off, turn the lower speed from 10 to 1 & turn the power off. Taste! Mine tasted fabulous!

2. Place all of your rucola cashew cheese spread into a lovely bowl with fitting lid & place into the fridge or use it instantly on some good bread. It is also great as a healthy dip on some crackers.

Note: This cheese will firm up a lot after being in the fridge for at least 4 hours. After 1 night in the fridge, it has stiffen up quite a bit, like a cream cheese! You can taste the flavours even more! 🙂 Happy eating!

3 ingredient green smoothy + new cool video!

Yesterday morning, I invented this lovely easy healthy vegan gluten-free drinkable breakfast,…ooh yes! Enjoy the new video & recipe too! 🙂 MMM!

Ingredients:

1/2 melon, (300 gr, 2 cups) peeled & deseeded, cut up into chunks

1 cup (250 ml) of coconut water

15 fresh young black kale leaves, (50 gr) cleaned,washed & spun dry

Method:

A lovely warm breakfast for you all,…Vegan & Gluten-free + video!

This morning, I invented this lovely warm vegan gluten-free breakfast for you all. First, I will give you” the video “ here & then the written recipe, all right? I hope you enjoy! 🙂 A lovely warm healthy breakfast for you all to enjoy & start the day full of energy!

Recipe: For 2 persons

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) of unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup (50 gr) gluten-free medium-sized oats that need 10 min of cooking

1/3 cup (30 gr) unsweetened coconut flakes

1/8 cup (25 gr) vegan gluten-free dark mini chocolate chips

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 ripe peeled chopped banana

Method:

  1. Take a fitted cooking pot & add all ingredients in it. Turn heat up on medium-high & heat up, stir from time to time. Now, turn heat up to start to cook the oats. My oats needed 10 minutes of cooking. When oats are cooked through & puffed & the chocolate has melted, spoon it into a lovely breakfast bowl & enjoy instantly! Enjoy, sweeties! 🙂 It is THAT EASY!!!
