Can you guess what is in it?

Did you guess it yet? Yes? NO?

There are,…………………………….Cherries,………….Almond Butter,……Silken tofu,………and a bit of Coconut Sugar in them! Yes, yes! πŸ™‚

Simple,…..very filling,…easy to make,….not to mention,…very delicious too,…..Cherries are in their peak season now! So, go on, make one!!!!

Recipe: For less then 4 cups = less than 1000 ml!

Ingredients:

2 cups drained silken tofu

2 cups chopped pitted cherries

2 tablespoons coconut sugar, if you need to

2 tablespoons good whole almond butter

Method:

1. Take your Vitamix & add silken tofu, chopped cherries, 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar & 2 tablespoons of almond butter in it. Place fitted lid on & tamper in it. Turn on full-power & high-speed until it is fully blended. Use your tamper to push ingredients into the running blades. Taste. You must taste the cherries & then almond butter. I added 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar extra & blended on high again. It was just perfect. πŸ™‚ Enjoy!

  1. From looking at the photo, I was sure that you would have included rosewater! Oh well, I guessed wrong…. But now I’m sorely tempted to try adding it into my own blend. That sounds absolutely delightful. πŸ™‚

  2. Of course there are cherries as part of your “cherries” series. Awesome! Plus love the picture with the flowers in the background. So inviting!!

  3. A beautiful pink hue, perfect with your flowers! I guessed something with rosewater, too, but I don’t like rosewater either!

  4. What a pretty colour! I love cherries and I do wish they were in season here. This drink sounds amazing and a lovely way to start the day xx

  5. Your smoothies are really delicious, dear Sophie! I have made them this afternoon, just now! πŸ™‚

  6. Love the smoothies and the flower arrangements, so beautiful. Just bought a bunch of cherries, never used in a smoothie before will have to try it.

  7. Hi Sophie– I guess wrong– strawberries! But we do have some bright bing cherries in the fridge right now– Hope I can give it a try… Happy summer!

  8. I am not a breakfast person (not during the week that is) but your beautiful quick fixes might just change my mind πŸ™‚

  9. I had guessed strawberries and milk for the ingredients and was surprised after I scrolled down. How creative to turn all healthy ingredients into yummy creamy smoothies! This recipe rocks!

  10. Delightful,…Fantastic,….awesome smoothy! So filling & so good for you too! You are right, you don’t taste the tofu at all! πŸ™‚
