  1. Cool! Your tomato plants have already first fruit! Love those berries too.

  2. Barbara says:

Love your garden photos, Sophie! You’re growing figs? Yum! Can’t wait to see what you make with then. The roses are gorgeous!

  3. Did you say figs??? I’m so jealous!

  4. Figs in Belgium? Everything looks wonderful!

  5. Tammy says:

What a beautiful glimpse into your garden! I am jealous of your figs.

  6. I planted courgettes as well but the yield was not brilliant πŸ™‚

    • Sophie33 says:

Ooh so sorry to hear that! They need lots of sunshine, extra fertilizer, a lot of water & of cours, lots of love. 😊

  7. Love it!! It all looks fab!! Lucky you xx

  8. πŸ˜€ Your garden is lovely!

  9. There’s nothing like homegrown food. Are you fertilising regularly? Plants in containers need more feeding than those in a garden bed. Try using a fertiliser with potassium sulphate in it to encourage flower growth. Good luck.

    • Sophie33 says:

I do! ☺️ Thanks for the tips but I grow already 3 years courgettes, aubergines, chili peppers, tomatoes in containers! X

  10. Jim Brennan says:

Love your garden updates, Sophie. Thanks for sharing.

  11. Karen says:

Your garden is doing very good, I could see lots of blossoms on your tomato plants besides the tomatoes themselves. My tomatoes and peppers aren’t doing much at the moment because we have had so much cool weather.

    • Sophie33 says:

Thanks so much, Karen! Yes, we were having great sunny weather the last few weeks but today it is more rainy! πŸ™‚

  12. Your garden is wonderful!! Looks like a very successful planting.

  13. hotlyspiced says:

I didn’t know there was such a thing as a thornless blackberry. I love your white roses – stunning. Everything in your garden seems to be doing really well xx

  14. Adrian Lupsa says:

You have a lovely garden, Sophie! I have a small indoor garden, too. I’ll organize my photos and I’ll try to make a short post about it. πŸ˜‰

  15. Your garden is beautiful, Sophie. Everything is so green and lush. I grow tomatoes in pots too and they seem to love it. Your climbing hydrangea is my favorite garden plant. Wish I had room for one.

  16. I love this update Sophie (of course!) Your garden is beautiful, so many pretty colors and bright greens happening now!

  17. Love, love this post Sophie!! Everything looks so hearty and healthy! What were the white blossoms in the first picture?

  18. Carolyn Jung says:

Your garden looks amazing. I envy you those blackberries. Mmm, I can just imagine the pies, tarts and jams to come. πŸ˜‰

  19. Very nice, Sophie! πŸ™‚

  20. Koko says:

This is awesome Sophie! Those white roses are so gorgeous! And I didn’t know that a thornless blackberry plant even existed!!

  21. laurasmess says:

How exciting Soph! There is nothing better than seeing your food grow from a tiny plant into something beautiful, healthy and tasty. I have no luck at all with gardening (partly as I am in a tiny apartment and Australia is hot and dry all summer long) so I admire these beautiful healthy plants hugely. Yay for the berries and that gorgeous green courgette in particular. And the figs… I cannot wait to see what you make with them! xx

  22. Sean & Linda says:

Yeah, your garden is doing so well, dear Sophie! πŸ™‚ A beautiful walled garden it is!

  23. Tom says:

A cool garden & your courgettes are doing so well too! πŸ™‚ yes!

  24. Looks like your garden is thriving. Just got my last crop of tomatoes for the year, its pretty cold here now, so not a lot happening, but as far as gardening goes, was pretty successful. Love the look of your zucchini, are you going to make ratatouille with it?

  25. What a wonderful garden you have, It is thriving and so pretty too. Mine is settling in for the winter so sadly I won’t be seeing many flowers for a while and my fig tree is standing bare at the moment too plus I have already pruned my rose bushes for the season.
    have a happy weekend ahead.

  26. Bernice says:

Your garden is beautiful Sophie! I love homegrown fruit and vegetables. I love the fragrance of vine-ripe tomatoes!

  27. Chandni Lahoti says:

Wow! wow! wow! I am so in love with your garden! You have got green fingers my friend! πŸ™‚
