Recipe: For 2 large glasses

Method:

1. Take a blender or a big bowl & add the cut up bananas, the vanilla extract & the vanilla rice milk.

2. Blend it or mix it until completely smooth.

3. Serve it straight away & place a lovely coloured straw into the full glass.

@ Hélène: Here is a good read about rice milk.

Rice milk is a kind of grain milk processed from rice. It is mostly made from brown rice and commonly unsweetened. The sweetness in most rice milk varieties is generated by a natural enzymatic process, cleaving the carbohydrates into sugars, especially glucose. Some rice milk kinds may nevertheless be sweetened with sugarcane syrup or other sugars.
It is mostly used by people who are lactose- intolerant like me or who are dairy-free!
